What Simon’s up to

Simon is now a part of the Sky News Australia team, he is a Video Journalist in the 24 hour news channel’s Melbourne Bureau.

Simon Love has also recently returned from Seoul, South Korea as part of his Journalism degree at RMIT University, funded by the Australia-Korea Foundation.

He worked at TBS EFM radio’s This Morning program. While in Seoul, Simon filed regular video updates titled…

Until recently, Simon was part of the News team at 3AW 693. He filed reports to the hourly news service, and was heard nationwide on the Fairfax Radio News Network and on a variety of relays throughout Victoria.

Simon also worked in a support role to a variety of 3AW’s programs, working as Producer for programs such as the Neil Mitchell Mornings Program, Breakfast with Ross Stevenson and John Burns and Weekends. He also worked as a producer for the Fairfax National Drive Program, “News Today”. The program was hosted by acclaimed 3AW Newsreader, David Armstrong.

Simon  covered a range of news events at 3AW, including marathon siege’s, violent protests, elections and sporting scandals. He enjoys travelling ‘out on the road’ to report from a story, not just for Radio, but Online.
